Job Description

• Secure, that If Baltic has an efficient Information Security Technology Standard by following If corporate standards. Set information security technology standards and baselines for systems, tools, platforms, hardware and software;
  
• Workout and follow-up IT architectural guidelines usage from our vendors;
  
• Control of security patching process;
  
• Defining architectural system map to support Baltic and Russia IT strategy;
  
• Report to Head of IT Unit regarding IT architectural issues, such as roadmaps for current and coming business solutions;
  
• Set guidelines for developing and maintenance issues;
  
• Assist CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) regarding attendance in If Corporate Information Security Projects;
  
• Report to CISO around information security issues within If Baltic and Russia;
  
• Represent If IT Security in If Baltic and Russia;
  
• Follow-up of IT security related issues in industry, coordinate and ensure best practice implementation within Baltic and Russia IT;
  
• Active work with Business continuity plan.

Requirements

• A skilled and experienced Security Architect with good communication skills to manage our work with If’s internal units and our service suppliers;
  
• If you have a CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent exam, it is a benefit, but not a demand. We will provide you with relevant education;
  
• It is a demand to be fluent in English, written and oral;
  
• The requirements regarding location are Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius, but you must be prepared for some travel activities, primarily within the Baltic and Russia region, more seldom to Nordic;
  
• Our assumption is that you will work approx 60% with architect issues and 40% with security issues. But it could vary over time.
