IT Security Manager

Get Ready To

• Monitor and analyse security information, events, and alerts from a variety of different technologies across multiple platforms to identify attacks, intrusions, and unusual, unauthorised, or illegal activity;
• Assess and determine risks, together with the rest of the ITOS and the

CISO;

• Identify vulnerabilities in infrastructure, ensure timely mitigation and apply countermeasures;
• Proactively develop new and optimise existing security solutions ;
• Communicate with the business and support end-users within IT Security;
• Understand and contribute to the creation of security related system support documents, operational procedures, reports and standards;
• Analyse current security capabilities and provide suggestions for improvements;
• Define disaster recovery plans and drive their execution to achieve operational stability.

We Expect You To

• 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure;
• Experience and interest in security, vulnerabilities and how to protect against these;
• Strong understanding of Linux environment and PHP;
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge in security frameworks (ISO27001, NIST or similar) and certifications in CompTIA Security+ is desirable;
• Experience with PAM, EDR, Security platforms and other standard security tools would be an advantage;
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage;
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocol, Firewalls, Proxy and IPS/IDS is a strong plus.
