The service desk is a centralized function that acts a single point of contact for the around 16 000 end-users across all business units. The function is responsible for delivering and providing quality IT service and support to the entire organization. As an INCIDENT CONTROLLER, you will have one of the more senior roles and be an essential part of the service desk function in supporting end-users in the best possible way. In this role you will be keeping track of incidents flow as well as suggesting & implementing changes that will positively affect timely incident solving. You will be taking ownership of incident management ensuring constant improvement. We hope you love making things better!
