The service desk is a centralized function that acts as single point of contact for the around 16 000 end-users across all business units. The function is responsible for delivering and providing quality IT service and support to the entire organization. As a Service Desk Team Leader, you will have the responsibility for a group of 14-16 people and will be essential part of service desk function supporting end-users in the best possible way.
