Job Description

The service desk is a centralized function that acts as single point of contact for the around 16 000 end-users across all business units. The function is responsible for delivering and providing quality IT service and support to the entire organization. As a Service Desk Team Leader, you will have the responsibility for a group of 14-16 people and will be essential part of service desk function supporting end-users in the best possible way.


  • Service Desk team leader experience or extensive experience working in a 1st line Service Desk
  • ITIL experience (incident or problem management)
  • Workforce management
  • Metrics and reporting
  • Call monitoring and training
  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written


  • Enjoy working on staff development and motivation
