My name is Diana Gold and as of May 1st I‘ll be starting as a Country Delivery Manager for Lithuania. My main goal is to be a link between CPS IT and Lithuanian business organization. At the moment I‘m urgently looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to ensure the quality of Service Operations provided by CPS IT to our Lithuanian organization.
Your next challenge?
As a member of my Team, you will be responsible to ensure E2E Service Operations quality provided by CPS IT to Telia LT, mediate when agreeing and keeping SLA/OLA, keep track of High incidents and Problems , represent CPS IT in Telia LT context and Telia LT in CPS IT context within Service Management area. Also, as part of Country Delivery Organization you will represent technical excellence and improvement area and be the owner of Technical Continuous Improvements backlog to IT teams.
Who are you?
Besides technical Service Management skills, key success factors in this position is excellent network and cooperation skills and ability to build good relationship with stakeholders in both business and IT, both locally and globally. You also take responsibility and own Service Management area end to end.
Your Experience and personality:
- 5+ years in Service Management leading position
- ITIL certification (ITIL4 is an advantage)
- Self organized and structured
- Motivated, easy going with "can do" attitude
- Great communication skills
- Fluent in English
