Overall Job Purpose:

• Opportunity for an IT professional to retrain and work as a Mainframe Operations Analyst
  

Responsibilities:

• Accept non complex handovers from application development projects ensuring that they
  

• Conduct tests as defined in project/change implementation plans
  
• Ensure that all requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively
  
• Regularly monitors the incidence, status and speed of resolution of enquiries and problems
  
• Obtain diagnostic data to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems
  
• Assist in the analysis of incidents and problems to show trends and potential problem areas
  

Requirements

• Fluency in English
  
• Degree in IT field
  
• Strong motivation to learn
  
• Experience in IT field (preferable)
  
• Ability to work as a part of the team
