YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Communicate with customers.
  
• Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process.
  
• Work closely with computer users and the team in order to resolve open issues/concerns.
  
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
  
• Escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group if necessary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Very good skills of Finnish language
  
• Good knowledge of English
  
• Computer skills (at least user level)
  
• Good communication with customers skills
  
• Ability to work in team
  
• Quick decision-making in stressful situations
  
• Customer oriented thinking
