Job Description

• To respond to internal and external IT-related telephone and email customer
  

inquiries from Germany/Switzerland;

• To work closely with computer users in order to resolve open issues/concerns;
  
• To ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of French language;
  
• Good knowledge of English;
  
• Computer skills (at least user level);
  
• Excellent communication skills;
  
• Ability to work as a part of the team;
  
• Quick decision-making in stressful situations;
  
• Customer focus.
