Job Description

We are searching for new colleagues for our new campus sites in Marijampolé. The main job after a comprehensive introduction is to provide end user support, education and training of users, superusers and supervisors on the campus in a better and more efficient use of our IT-platform and solutions.

The job will be to support onsite users throughout the campus while coordinating with the remaining part of the IT-department to resolve issues and problems identified. In other words you need to be able to understand and explain IT-language to end users and operators in a busy environment while balancing the priorities giving most attention the most critical issues.

You will be responsible for supporting a broad solution stack and the job will be to manage all tasks from defunc mobile phones to delivery and setup of new PC’s, printers and applications. You need to be curious of nature and have a sound interest of new technologies and solutions. You are a team player and understand to gain knowledge from colleagues to reach target of satisfied users.

You will be working independent in our new campus and present the IT-department locally, why you are humorous, energetic and motivating team player. You will be a part of a global team with the overall mission to provide high quality and world class service.

It is a requirement that you are experienced in Microsoft solutions including Windows 7/10, Office 2016, Outlook, SharePoint and Skype for Business. It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of SAP environment.

Requirements

  • Experienced with IT and customer support from larger organizations and IT-departments.
  • Energetic, humorous team play with a sense of details in a busy organization
  • Possesses high standards and challenging nature bringing the best of everyone
  • Fluently in writing and speaking English as well as Lithuanian.
