IT Support Specialist

Minimum qualifications:  

• advanced knowledge of Office 365;
• analytical mind;
• self reliance and good communication skills;
• fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1).

Preferred qualifications:  

• Russian language skills;
• SQL and/or Power BI experience;
• university degree in Information Technology or Physics (final-year students are welcome).

You will be working on:

• troubleshooting incoming requests from internal users on tools and services used within the company;
• issuing and retrieving equipment (computers, phones) to/from employees;
• providing insights on possible improvements based on processes and issues that users have;
• testing new features and validating them while collaborating with developers.
