Currently we are looking for a new team member to assist us to support Telia end-users with Identity and Access management solution related tasks and issues.
This position is in Telia Global Services Lithuania. Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, procurement, HR, and finance operations.
Your next challenge?
When working in Telia IT you are part of an organization which offers common, and business driven IT services and tools for Telia Company’s employees. Group common solutions are delivered to approximately 20000 users in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Being an IT Technical Specialist, you will be able to prove yourself as being energetic and a prompt person who will handle administrative tasks related to internal identity and access management. You will be highly appreciated!
Who are you?
You are pedantic in your way of working and have the ability to adapt to the changes in the technical environment and on work routines. You like to cooperate with others, and you are not shy to ask the right question to get things correct.
Your personality:
- Adaptable to change, self-driven, results oriented and proactive
- Precise, structured, and quality focused
- Experienced in working in a multinational environment where you like to cooperate with others
- Service minded and with excellent communication skills
Your experience:
- Experience in Identity and Access Management, preferable have worked with application service in a large corporation
- Experience in SQL (MS or Oracle) and/or Powershell will be an advantage
- ITIL foundation and experience of working with Service Delivery or other relevant service management knowledge in the IT maintenance area
- Great communication skills, including written and spoken English
- Successful experience of working with administrative tasks

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1634 - 1961 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
