Ferratum is now looking for highly motivated and result oriented Java Developer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We are looking to exapnd our team in Vilnius. We have new challenging projects on the table and if you are willing to build something new, this is an opportunity for you.
- Develop, document, deploy and maintain internal systems written in Java and other related technologies
- Collaboration in the project architecture and documentation
- Execute tests cases and tune applications
- Project and task reporting
- Communication with management, key-users, team members and suppliers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with development in Java 7/8
- Experience with Spring framework
- Experience with test-driven development using JUnit, Mockito
- Familiarity with Git and Maven
- Solid knowledge of JPA 2.x, EJB / CDI, JAX-RS
- Analytical thinking and eager to learn and improve on daily basis
- Experience with complex work estimations and able to deliver on time
- Efficient coding, aware of patterns and anti-patterns, properly structured, easily comprehensible and well documented
- Able to work alone as well as in a team and communicate with other teams and stakeholders
We will appreciate but we don’t require:
- Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and/or Spark
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with SOA and Microservice architectures
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Architect
- Hands on experience with Apache Kafka
- Experience with agile software development and scrum
