As a Filed Service Technician you will be responsible for providing L1/L2 support for Eurofins IT users in the area of front-end devices and maintain users' satisfaction with their IT working environment, as well as, end user account maintenance; including account creation, ongoing maintenance and deletion. Part of responsibilities will include maintaining the front-end IT infrastructure (Workstations, Smartphones, Teams, etc) and ensure their reliability. You'll be working in standard Service Desk operating procedures.

As a perfect applicant you will have ability to communicate with individuals with all levels of technical and non-technical skill sets and you will be able to manage conflicts through good problem solving and achieving and maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.
You'll have experience in IT Service Desk position and you worked with software troubleshooting ability for problem research and error isolation, working with Microsoft application and solving PC based hardware, software and network components issues.
For this position we require ability to communicate in English (B2)
