Job Description
Responsibilities:
- project correspondence and documentation management
- registration, update and constant control of project change orders
- preparation, update and constant control of project check list of outstanding issues for all project participants
- supervising the correct flow of information, correspondence and documentation
- preparing reports and summaries for the needs of the project organization
- participating in external/internal meetings and preparing memos
- supervising the organizational aspects of the project office
- maintaining the project archive
- Project Manager support
- other administrative tasks
Requirements
- college degree preferred
- very good Lithuanian language skills and at least upper-intermediate (B2) level in English
- professional experience in an project manager assistant or project engineer or project documentation expert/manager
- experience in systemizing and handling project correspondence and documentation
- basic knowledge on project management
- very good work organization, interpersonal skills, precision, reliability
- ability to work in a team
- ability to work in an international environment
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- driving licence
