  • As a leader of your territory, you will be responsible for bringing proactive HR solutions to business needs. Your key activities and responsibilities will be taking care of clear and efficient HR processes and systems that support the business and employees. Policies ensuring optimal working conditions for all employees and compliance with national employment legislation. Supporting and coordinating the recruitment process with AMS in the responsible countries. You will be empowered to ensure a high-quality induction of new employees. To implement, maintain and administrate personnel administrative routines and HR systems. To assist employees on matters impacting performance and employment upon request.
  • The job gives you a solid knowledge of acting as sparring partner and trusted advisor to the management teams in countries, but also facilitator, coach, change agent, supporting grow and development of all employees as well as entire organisation.
  • Your another accountabilities will be to ensure that assigned line management is kept up to date and informed about relevant HR laws, processes and policies. To take an active partnership role in discussions with assigned managers on organisational needs, including planning, promotions, role profiling etc.
  • You will be expected to support retention of key employees in partnership with the business. To coach managers on employee issues. To ensure clear guidelines for mobility and expatriation. To liaise with external providers (e.g., training) as appropriate.
  • You will also be in charge of leading and/or participating in P&O projects and conducting exit interviews and consolidate learning. In implementing all Novo Nordisk corporate and EUEE Growing Markets policies, guidelines in responsible countries.
  • Besides of all of that, you will also participate actively at BAEUEE Growing Markets meetings and sharing information and best practices with the team members.

Requirements

To be successful, you need to have higher education or equivalent. You must have minimum 7 years of HR work experience.You will also have these technical knowledge & skills:

  • Applied knowledge of SAP HR.
  • Applied knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft systems).
  • Good understanding of employment law and practice.
  • Fluency in English on business level.
