Job Description

Albars is looking for a Sales Manager who understands the value of the cloud, can identify needs, present and coordinate cloud solutions delivery. This position includes sales/project management/account management activities.You will be presenting and delivering cloud based custom IT solutions, based but not limited to Microsoft (Azure, M365, O365, etc.).We are expecting that you are a quick learner with technical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing positive relationships with the customers
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Generate new projects using existing and potential customer networks
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Identifying industry trends to adapt latest technologies
  • Collaboration with team to reach the highest results

Requirements

  • Sales experience and attitude
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) would be an advantage
  • Flexibility and strong communication, negotiation skills
  • Effective workflow and time planning
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Ability to fluently present thoughts in Lithuanian and English.
