Darbo aprašymas

  • Develop new dPCR, qPCR and RT-qPCR products for scientific and diagnostic applications.
  • Transfer newly developed products from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Develop and optimize product manufacturing technologies, bioanalytical methods for product and raw material analysis.
  • Prepare validation plans, studies and reports on technologies and QC methods.
  • Prepare and coordinate product stability programs.
  • Coordinate the process of controlling changes in product compositions, manufacturing processes, and analytical methods.
  • Cooperate with production and quality assurance departments.
  • Work with operations team to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
  • Investigate customer complaints.
  • Conduct R&D studies for feasibility assessment.
  • Prepare and present experimental data summaries and reports.
  • Scientific literature analysis related to products under development and new idea generation.

Reikalavimai

  • MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering or related field.
  • 2 years of work experience in the laboratory.
  • Deep knowledge of molecular biology, qPCR.
  • Experience in planning and performing molecular biology experiments.
  • Highly collaborative and ability to work independently within a team with varied strengths, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs caused by time, budget, or other constraints.
  • Knowledge of the requirements of quality management system standards (ISO 9001: 2008; ISO 13485: 2005) - an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the principles of management of regulated products - an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of English (written and oral) (level B2 - C1).
  • Digital literacy (MS Office);
  • The flexibility of evening schedule at least one day a week to take phone calls with US colleagues;
  • Good writing and oral presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a proactive driving force of execution.
