Job Description

UAB eCREDO is seeking to recruit a full-time Officer, who will be serving as the Country Manager and Member of the Company's Management Board.

Minimum qualifications are:

  • University degree in Law and/or Business Administration and/or Finance or any related field;
  • At least 2 years' management experience in the payments/financial sector;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillas in Lithuanian and English.

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring business operations are in compliance with the Law on Electronic Money and Electronic Money Institutions of the Republic of Lithuania, Directive(EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council(Payment Services Directive-'PSD2'), and the EMI licensing requirements of the Bank of Lithuania(BoL);
  • Overseeing the Company's operations and activities;
  • Producing business performance reports and present them to the Board;
  • Reviewing the Company's financial position and overseeing capital adequacy;
  • Work with the Company's Financial Controller for update financial projections;
  • Lithuanian business development and marketing;
  • Review and approve regulatory returns prepared by Compliance/  AML/ Risk officers, prior to submission to BoL;
  • Assist with the filling of the regulatory returns;
  • Reviewing the Annual Report of the Company;
  • Liaising with the bank of Lithuania and relevant supervisory authorities;
  • Liaising with members of staff of the Company located in other European countries.
