Product owner

• Elaboration of the vision and product strategy;
• decision-making within the pharmaceutical development process of a drug: protein and gene therapy drugs;
• selection of the project team: assessment of the necessary competencies to start the project;
• drawing up and updating the road map of the project;
• backlog creation, prioritization;
• assessment of project opportunities and risks;
• team support during the project implementation (operational management);
• stakeholder engagement;
• collection of information on the product and analysis of the information received;
• resource planning, monitoring compliance with the budget;
• compliance with SCRUM events;
• sprint planning.

• Higher education (biology, virology);
• experience with viruses, proteins, antibodies;
• experience in the laboratory, knowledge of regulatory documents (GLP, GMP, ICH);
• knowledge / understanding of working in agile;
• the ability to search and analyze literary data;
• confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
