Conversion Rate Optimization Manager For Wellness App – Reshape

Our mission is to help women reshape their bodies and minds with the help of our personalized fitness and meal plans. We are expanding and looking for a passionate and ambitious Conversion Rate Optimization to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the conversion rate optimization process via different projects;
• Optimize conversion funnels to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue;
• Do qualitative research to understand qualitative aspects of user behavior;
• Partner with content, design, development, and marketing teams when needed to plan and execute tests;
• Consistently research new platforms and strategies to stay up to date on the latest CRO news and trends.

• Have relevant work experience in digital marketing optimization;
• Experience with using and interpreting data; recognizing trends and patterns, and using data to drive decision making;
• Have an excellent understanding of how to use web analytics;
• Have a deep interest in human psychology;
• Experience in using A/B testing technologies.
