Pamono is seeking for a passionate Senior Product Manager (f/m), who will take over the Pamono platform. This position is full-time and based at our beautiful office in the heart of Berlin.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the product roadmap of Pamono
- Coaching and further developing other Product Managers in the team
- Specifying customer facing solutions together with stakeholders, providing great user experience
- Managing Product Backlog, defining projects and new products aligned with our KPIs
- Scheduling and running development sprints together with dev team, QA and UX, driving the team and product forward
- Being the knowledgeable person for product related queries
- Providing transparency to the whole company about progress and planning of features
Reikalavimai
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software product environment
- Structured and analytical thinking with data-driven decisions
- UX-driven projects experience
- Ability to work with a diverse of stakeholders (internal, external, c-level)
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to deal with complexity in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with a Scrum is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce from a product perspective is a plus
- Strong mentoring and communication skills in English
