SUPERVISING ENGINEER FOR WORK IN SWEDEN AND/OR NORWAY

We will entrust the following to you:

• to perform planning and supervision of implementation of the construction site during the whole project, on the basis of documentation of the project and contractual provisions;
• planning and management of the labour force at the site, control of the quality of works and accounting of the working hours;
• development and editing of the detailed work schedule of the site, taking into account the total schedule and budget of the project and coordinating the works with the project manager of the site, other contractors and the customer;
• timely ordering and acceptance of materials at the site;
• timely selection, planning and ordering of formworks system, tools, lease mechanisms and raw materials;
• control of compliance with and fulfilment of environment protection, fire safety, labour safety and protection rules;
• regular preparation of documentation of the site;
• organization and chairing of regular meetings;
• assessment of the site and timely delivery in the relevant quality.

We prefer you to have the following:

• experience in construction field in the similar position, preferably having good knowledge of concrete casting;
• preferred education in construction;
• good skills in the work with computer programmes (MS Office; AutoCad);
• experience and ability to organize the work at the construction site, team management experience;
• necessary knowledge for development and preparation of documentation;
• good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian;
• desire and readiness to go on regular business trips to Norway and Sweden;
• driver’s licence of category B

• Gross salary of 2800-3500 depending on the candidate's experience and knowledge
