I am Polina Rys and I am leading Finance Control Team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
I am currently looking for a Junior Business Controller to support Business Control team with management reporting and performance management. In this exciting role, you will be working very close to finance business partners and line managers in the organization.
Your next challenge?

- Coordination of info collection on initiatives from business and finance
- Finance reporting on initiatives
- KPI tracking on initiatives
- Business-case quality review
- Business-case post-investment follow-up incl. in-depth analysis on revenue deviations
- Other support
Who are you?
You are a person who wants to gain a broad finance perspective. Also, you have a high ability to understand business models and scenarios, challenge and drive continues improvements.

Your experience:
- 1 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge in accounting and reporting
- Analytical skills, excellent attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills with people, the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and the staff in the distance
- Very good English language skills
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar

This is a 2 years project that you will have an opportunity to join during those exciting times for our business. Your monthly salary would be in the range of 1600 – 2200 EUR gross (this is a reference range; exact salary will depend on your competences).
