
JUNIOR CLIENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Job Description
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Performs operations support functions including monitoring and balancing report activity, data-entry and daily routine calls
- Ensures accurate and complete processing within Service Level Agreement specifications
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies, escalating issues to next management level as necessary
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field
- Good communication skills
- Accounting/reconciliation experience preferred (ideally 1-3 years)
