We are searching for motivated Junior Customer research Analyst to bring business value using insights from customer research. As an Junior Analyst you will need to analyze and interpret customer research data, set and organize customer research, work together with research agencies.

You will:

• Organize #customer research, manage research agencies orders, contracts, quality and etc.
• Analyze market research data in order to find actionable #business insights and recommendations.
• Work tightly together with marketing, commercial, product, channels and customer experience units to provide needed customer data for sales/support/improvements actions.
• Use different methodologies to get best result: from focus group to omnibus, from internal till external researches and etc..
• Implement #researches working alone or together with research agencies: general market, product, offer, post commercial campaign, segmentation, VOC and other researches.
• Represent data and #analysis to stakeholders and management.

We are looking for person who has:

• Graduate of Sociology, Marketing or Marketing Analytics or related field.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• #Ambitions to make big changes in your area and is comfortable to work in fast #changing environment.
• Good research methodology understanding – quantitative as well as qualitative methods.
• Good organisational skills for fluent research needed to plan and organize customer research and work together with research agencies.
• Analytical business #driven thinking.
• Very good English skills (speak and write fluently).
