• Act as a lead member of a team who are accountable for the delivery of service, process and integration activities and initiatives related
  

to Production Operations.

• Identify ways in which tools and technology can be exploited to protect or improve service stability / availability.
  
• Be accountable for maintaining an effective 1st line capability for Production Operations-managed infrastructure by the operational
  

teams having the correct tool-sets and capabilities to be able to respond to all events.

• Act as a lead member of a team who are responsible for new project acceptance into the Production environment across all verticals and
  

will act as the main conduit between the project management community and Production Operations.

Requirements

• Extensive Event Management and Incident Management experience.
  
• Project management skills.
  
• ITIL knowledge
  
• Skills and proven experience quickly absorb and assimilate large amounts of technical and business information to determine the most
  

appropriate course of action.

• Able to co-ordinate projects when dealing with multiple support areas and / or suppliers.
  
• Works well under pressure and can deliver at pace to challenging timescales.
  
• Broad understanding and working knowledge of all key infrastructure platforms and their technical inter-dependencies.
  
• Exceptional written communication skills; ability to write ad-hoc and formal business or technical reports.
  
• Very good English skills.
