JUNIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AUTOMATION ENGINEER

• Design and execute tests integrating them into existing automated test suite, determining priority of test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios
• Identify and report bugs analyzing and preparing bug reports helping engineering team to identify and fix defects, verifying the bug fixes if they fix the issue and not affecting existing functionality of the product
• Identify quality issues. Analyze the product behavior identifying potential quality issues and communicate to engineering team.

• Basic programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of LUA, JavaScript or other programming languages is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of testing methods and test automation
• Good knowledge of IP networking (OSI layer 2 through layer 7)
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge about Agile environment (JIRA, Bitbucket etc.)
• Basic knowledge about Linux environment (docker, shell scripting basic etc.) is an advantage.
