My name is Nerijus Šarnas and I am leading Microsoft & Clouds Unit in Telia Lietuva and looking for a professional to join our team as a Junior VMware & Storage Administrator.
We are working with VMware based Cloud technologies and our main goal is to ensure the best service delivered for our customers. Your next challenge?
I am looking for a person who has some experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies.
As a Junior VMware administrator, you will:
- Perform VMware related support tasks - deployment, configuration, administration, etc.
- Perform VMware related operational tasks - maintenance, proactive alert handling etc.
- Timely and effective solve incidents

You are a person who knows there’s no excuse for unresolved problems, undelivered project tasks, missed availability targets? I expect you to adhere to the following requirements.

- Analytical thinking and deep digging minded
- Takes initiative & leads it to the successful finish line
- Team-player with a service mindset
- Social & positive with colleagues and customers
Your Experience:
- Have at least 1 years’ experience in IT field, preferably VMware or Linux technology
- Have some experience in virtualization platforms administration and support (preferred)
- Hands-on practice in automation is preferred (scripting, orchestration)
- VMware or Linux certifications are welcomed addition to candidate’s portfolio
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

We offer a monthly base salary from 1654 Eur (gross) to 2482 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Besides, for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
