Key Account Manager (car dealers) in Lithuania

Job Description

- Organization of sales through car dealers in Lithuania;
- Extend and develop the co-operation and relationship with existing partners, attract new partners;
- Understand customer’s unexpressed business needs and find ways to meet them;
- Develop terms of trade, negotiate and administer contracts and commitments with KA’s;
- Develop and implement action plans for each partner to improve its position on the market;
- Initiate and develop marketing and sales activities for the partners;
- Manage to achieve sales plans according to the budget and objectives and account management goals;
- To ensure that customer satisfaction and service excellence is achieved at all times;
- Monitor competitors’ activities, perform market analysis.

Requirements

- Higher education, preferably in economics, business administration or similar field;
- Successful work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent organizing and interpersonal skills;
- Very good argumentation, persuasion, presentation skills;
- Self-starter, ability to work and make decisions independently;
- Positive, goal and result-oriented personality with ability to work well under stress, able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and preferably English languages, good computer skills;
- Driver’s license, B category;
- Ability and willingness to work from home-office.
