KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f) Baltic Countries

Region/ Workplace:  Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

• Acquiring new business contacts and expanding cooperation,
• Building long-term business relationship with current clients,
• Preparation and implementation of company plans,
• Market analysis and Benchmarking,
• Market development,
• Conducting trade negotiations,
• Implementing development strategies for the allocated customer sector,
• Supervision of promotional activities and analysis on the development of categories,
• Co-creation of new product ideas and participation in the creation of new collections in cooperation with the product and graphic department,
• Creating a positive image of the company in dealing with customers.

• 4-6 years’ experience in customer service and sales,
• Sales predispositions,
• High availability and mobility connected with business trips in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia as well as visits to the headquarters in Katowice (Poland),
• Good organization of working time, discipline,
• Very good knowledge of English and Russian Language,
• Experience in sales in sport equipment, stationery or similar industries in Baltic Countries,
• Practical skills in conducting trade negotiations,
• Focus on the outcome and achievement of the goals set,
• High analytical capacity and high organizational skills,
• Ability to diagnose customer needs and to build business relationships,
• Practical knowledge of MS Office support (in particular EXCEL).

INFORMATION CLAUSE

3) Your personal data shall be processed for the recruitment purposes based on the Article 6 of the Act 1 point b and the Article 9 of the Act 2 point a of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;

4) The recipient of your personal data shall be the data administrator’s HR department employees, other employment services, and the administrator’s contractors and clients with whom the administrator had entered into agreements on the subject of employment services;

5) Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries and international organizations;

6) Your personal data shall be kept for the period deemed necessary for the recruitment purposes, and longer, for 5 years, for the purpose of future recruitment. After this period, personal data shall be deleted;

7) You shall be entitled to access the content of your personal data, and you shall have the right to correct, delete, limit the processing of, transfer data, raise an objection, withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;

8) You shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority should you find the processing of your personal data violating the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;

9) Sharing your personal data shall be voluntary; not sharing your personal data shall result in excluding you from recruitment process performed by the Company;

10) Your personal data shall not be processed for profiling.
