Key Account Manager

 Position Summary

KOSMOLATS: specialization in distribution and sales development of FMCG in LATVIA and LITHUANIA, the main office and warehouse in Riga and branches in Vilnius, more then 3969 customers, modern software solutions integrated in all our business stages, more that 20 years of successful cooperation with the global brands. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop Kosmolat positions in the assigned Business in Lithuania market, You will be the key person in building Kosmolat Baltic reputation within the Customer.

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for Lithuania Customers to deliver business objectives and market share gains
  • Drive business relationship with direct Customers, build Joint Business Plans
  • Selling range of products to meet sales and profit targets
  • Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within Customers and Kosmolat to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise
  • Contact Key Customers on daily bases to assure proper activations, product introductions, business performance and development opportunities

Requirements

What will make YOU successful?

  • At least 2-3 years of Key Account Management experience in a similar role and proven track on delivered KPIs.
  • Flourish when negotiating and communicating with attitude in building relationships
  • Excellent Lithuanian and good Russian language skills. Writing and speaking.
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proactive team-player with fast learning abilities
  • Resilient and positive with changes and challenges
  • Driver’s license
