Key Account Manager

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients;
• acquire a thorough understanding of key customers’ needs and requirements;
• expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
• ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
• resolve any issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
• represent our organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

• Solid experience in key account management (preferably in IT or other technical business area);
• strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
• higher education in business management, IT or engineering;
• good English and Russian language skills;
• ability in problem solving and negotiation, self-sufficiency;
• willingness to work hard and have fun.
