Develop and implement the roadmaps for our biggest Key Accounts;
Perform annual negotiations and manage day-to-day business;
Prepare budgets and targets and follow throughout the year to achieve the targets;
Actively develop partnership model of co-operation with KAs for future growth based on understanding customers’ needs;
Actively monitor the retail environment situation and competitors activities and initiate the actions to exploit market opportunities.
Reikalavimai
University degree and 3+ years of experience in managing complex national Key Accounts in FMCG industry;
Perfect communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to master analytics and presentation;
Fluently speak Lithuanian & English;
Tolerant to agile/fast pace environment, multitasking & daily operational issue resolutions.
