Lano Solutions is a developing law firm dealing with corporate and business issues of our international clients. We assist SMEs in business set-up and full legal and accounting support in Lithuania. We promote Lithuania among foreign entrepreneurs and help our clients to transfer and grow business in Lithuania. Our competencies include different corporate matters, contract law, labor law, tax law, immigration law, licensing, and general legal support for business. Mostly we work with foreign investors and entrepreneurs.

• legal research on different corporate, tax, and business matters;
• building legal arguments or legal position for business cases of our clients;
• drafting and amending different business contracts (in LT, ENG, RU);
• making inquiries to state authorities, drafting requests and letters;
• managing client's business set-up, sale, and wind-up processes;
• assisting clients in obtaining licenses and regulatory documentation;
• advising and assisting clients in the field of compliance and data protection;
• advising clients on different matters of corporate, tax, immigration and labor law, etc.;
• assisting clients in immigration matters for their employees;
• handling other clients' legal requests.

• desire to work in Vilnius full-time;
• university degree in Lithuanian law;
• at least 2 years of experience in the field of Lithuanian law;
• expertise in commercial and corporate law;
• client management experience (you know how to talk to people leaving a good impression about yourself);
• strong command of Lithuanian, Russian, and English (both speaking and writing); fluent Lithuanian and at least B2-C1 Russian is a must;
• diligence and desire to learn;
• ambition and readiness for a rapid personal development;
• desire to grow together with the firm.

The starting salary range for this position is EUR 2100-2700 (before tax) depending on the candidate's qualifications and expertise. Numbers might change (decrease/increase) depending on the qualification of a candidate.
