Establishment of a new office in Vilnius (look for new premises for the office, negotiations, and communication with vendors/property managers, etc.).
Control and organization of daily office supplies with anything in need.
Organization of office operations and procedures.
Partnership with HR (create processes of internal communication, traditions, etc.).
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (organizing relocation as well).
Organize business travels (when possible to travel ;) ).

Requirements
Similar experience with office management (experience with establishing a new office would be a plus).
Fluent English (both writing and speaking).
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with documents.
Ability to adapt to changes or different tasks.
