My name is Agnė Sokienė, and I am proudly going to head up the newly established Enterprise Enablement team within Telia IT. I am excited about the change journey we have embarked. The Enterprise Enablement team is going to focus on HR & IT Services consolidation across the countries while keeping evolving and maintaining quality across our installed base. Strong engagement with our business stakeholders and partners will be key to secure best in class performances. As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a Lead Service Manager, the manager for the area responsible for managing and controlling development, delivery, maintenance and operations of the Employee Engagement & Governance Capabilities and Applications (Mainly Service Now) delivered through in-house and external, platforms and applications for the entire Telia Group.

Your next opportunity?

As Lead Service manager you are a manager for the Employee Engagement & Governance tools that are in the target architecture, responsible for delivering expected results according to the defined targets, applying technology governance and vision. Furthermore:

  • Position focuses to create an IT capability area team to drive towards increased service orientation, harmonization, simplification, consolidation and satisfaction, of both IT Services and related business processes
  • Driving consolidation of tools across the Telia company is key to achieve efficiency and future evolution of this area. You will be accountable to drive consolidation in strong cooperation and alignment with the business stakeholders and the technical team.
  • Negotiates, agrees and maintains SLAs, OLAs and underpinning contracts with the Business and third-party support organizations
  • Cooperation with business to Identify and understand requirements so those can be translated into developments
  • Acting as ISO and managing the budget for the IT services
  • Secure capabilities for IT services for fulfillment process
  • Vendor management of unit IT-capabilities according to vendor and sourcing strategy

Your experience:

For this position, we are looking for someone with Business and IT experience in the areas relevant for the position, with business acumen and good understanding of the strategic and tactical issues within the IT-services sector. You can manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity. Furthermore, you need:

  • Leadership and Change Management experience as manager
  • Good understanding of IT  technologies
  • Solid work experience from international environment
  • Ability to manage complex environments and proactively respond to issues in an innovative yet structured approach and integrity
  • Excellent skills both in written and spoken English
  • To understanding largescale IT, have ITIL and Agile knowledge
  • A university degree (bachelor as minimum)
