Are you the Lead Software Engineer we are looking for? I am Helen Ader and I am supervising a Trouble Ticketing unit. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next opportunity?

This is a senior role in an area within our company where we want to innovate that supports powering our workforce. Trouble ticketing systems that supports our global Service Assurance processes can be complex, with a lot of different workflows and systems to integrate with, but this is something that we trust you, as an experienced Software Engineer, to embrace and be inspired by. And we will give you clear goals and the mandate and tools to reach them all.

Our team, which is spread out across the Nordics and Baltics, is developing, maintaining and operating our ServiceNow instance. You will develop, test and debug existing and new functionality that are described in the stories provided by our Product Owner. Preventive Maintenance, including refactoring of code, and Operations are other areas you will be involved in. As well as being a part of a 24x7 “on-call” support making sure our platform and services are running without any hiccups so that our workforce can perform at its best.

Your experience:

• Proven previous experience from developing and operating ServiceNow

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML

• Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly

• Experience from working in CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx

• Knowledge of ITIL

• Professional understanding of ServiceNow best practices

• Working experience from Prometheus and Grafana is a bonus

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
