Legal Counsel (Contracts)

For a Legal Counsel who will make sure our legal agreements not only represent our business interests properly but also manage our business risks in case another almost-force-majeure hits the markets. 

You are sharp in providing simple solutions to complex situations as a key team player in negotiations.

You will work with talented people who create and develop innovative digital health products and services to help thousands of our clients lead a healthier life.

Get Ready to

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise colleagues on a variety of commercial topics related to the preparation of agreements
• Prepare, adopt, amend and coordinate a wide range of agreements, procedural documents, internal procedures related to the activities of the company
• Ensure that the company’s internal documents comply with applicable legislation
• Represent the interests of the company in negotiations with partners
• Advise company’s and group employees on contract preparation and other related legal issues
• Educate and train employees on their obligations under the terms of various contracts and under applicable legal requirements

What We Expect

• 3+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer 
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents (commercial contracts, internal procedures)
• Be comfortable with business metrics 
• Have proactive approach, responsiveness, and reliability
• Have good communication, organizational, and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (written and oral)

Nice to Have

• Dispute and Data Protection experience
• Experience working in the tech industry
• Experience working in an international company
