Job Description

We are looking for a professionalto join our team at UAB Gren Lietuva as Legal Counsel.

Your Responsibilities:

Active legal support on various topics
Managing, identifying and monitoring all the Company’s legal risks, addressing theseindependently as well as together with the relevant stakeholders by delivering legal, businessand operational solutions
Holistic view of the Company´s businesses and legal possibilities raised therefore
Working hands-on on all types of legal documents and projects
Representing the Company in governing state institutions, law-enforcement institutions, regulatory and other institutions

We Expect You to Have / Be:

At least 3-5 years of experience in legal position
In-house experience in legal position
Knowledge and interest in energy sector
Fluent working proficiency in local language and in English
Experience of leading complicated legal negotiations (e.g. large-scale contracts)
Ability to work with complex documentation and multiple stakeholders
A self-starter, proactive, mature person with ability to get things done and achieve results byovercoming obstacles, persistent in striving for results
