Job Description

  • Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
  • Protect the company against legal risks and violations
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings
  • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services in relation of GDPR, Labor and Civil law and other legal regulations
  • Draft resolutions, votes, certificates and other corporate documents, review contracts, and provide correspondence to clients and other appropriate parties
  • Implement regulatory changes into contracts
  • Provide legal advice, guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in law
  • 3+ years previous professional experience as a lawyer from a law firm or an in-house lawyer from internationally operating company
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR, Labor and Civil law and other legal regulations
  • Proven ability to problem solving and driving change
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
  • The capability of prioritising conflicting demands and handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
