LITHUANIAN ANALYST TEAM MANAGER (Real Estate private equity fund)

Job Description

  • Lead the team of analysts in Vilnius office
  • Be the main point of contact and an intermediary between London and Vilnius offices;
  • Participate in annual review process, propose and discuss career path developments for Lithuanian team with London head office;
  • Mentor, train, supervise and support junior colleagues;
  • Monitoring team members’ workloads, allocation of project priorities in collaboration with London to ensure the Vilnius-based team is able to meet timelines
  • In coordination with London as well as locally-based talent acquisition teams oversee recruitment, onboarding and continuing development of Ekistics staff in Vilnius;
  • Driving strategic development of Ekistics as a whole by implementation of the financial reporting system used in wider group specifically in the context of Lithuanian subsidiary and Ekistics’ real estate investments
  • Budgeting process for the Vilnius subsidiary: budget review, proposal for next year, actual/budget comparison

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in accounting, financial services, or real estate field;
  • Team management experience & passion to lead people;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, maths, business management, real estate or similar (a track record of high academic achievement);
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English;
  • German language knowledge would be considered a strong advantage;
  • Experience with the full MS Office work suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured way.
