Job Description

Job summary:

To manage the Lithuania company's daily operations and implementation of the company’s overall sales initiatives in accordance with local legislation and within settled budget in order to maximize sales revenue and meet overall marketing and sales goals as on close collaboration with Country Manager Baltics.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising Key account managers field work;
  • Ensuring the sales in Lithuania according to agreed targets;
  • Engaging customers and KOL's in discussions to recognize and develop knowledge in specific disease-related areas strategically important to differentiating key products and maximizing the advocacy;
  • Organizing conferences, peer to peer meetings and other customer interaction activities, is responsible for content and compliance of the meetings;
  • Organizing marketing promotional activities (advertisings, mailings, e-activities, etc.) if relevant;
  • Monitoring pricing and reimbursement environment;
  • Administrating office's and company's documentation, incl. archiving (contracts, applications, Shareholder decisions, Board decisions, Financial statements).

Requirements

  • Medical doctor degree or alternative education in that level;
  • Competence in multiple areas: sales, marketing, market access, medical;
  • Competence in pharma sector regulations (local Code of Conduct, local legislation and other regulations relevant to pharma);
  • Stakeholder management skills, competence and experience in pricing and reimbursement submissions and follow-up;
  • Medical knowledge and ability to integrate the scientific and treatment concepts into the context of the local therapeutic environment;
  • Ability to work in cross functional and international teams;
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English;
  • Excellent communication and speaker abilities;
  • Excellent computer skills.
