SALARY: from 20,000 EURO gross per year


 The Live Webcast Operator  is the first point of contact for our webcast clients. You will  organise and facilitate client webcasts, working closely with some of  the largest international companies, as well as participate in the live  day event to ensure a flawless streaming solution via our market leading  Multi-Media platform.


 Live streaming is fast establishing itself  as the most exciting and innovative method of sharing live content;  with Intrado continuing to be a market leader in providing a high  quality and personalised service, across the corporate and financial  markets worldwide.


 Full training will be offered on our products, processes, systems and services.


What you’ll bring…

- Demonstrable experience working in a service driven environment, showing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

- Previous experience working in Service /Technical / Helpdesk or Customer Service oriented role/s

- Previous experience working with C level executives

- Technically minded and able to learn new technologies quickly

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner

- Ability to work effectively and remain calm under pressure– you will  thrive in a variable, multi-skilled and high pressure environment

- Experience in an internet environment and streaming media technology desirable

- Experience & understanding of Audio/Visual & trouble shooting process desirable
