Local sales manager (Sweden)

Job Description

  • implementation of established sales plans, resulting in increased sales results;
  • presenting company effectively to existing and potential customers;
  • negotiating, entering into and extending contracts with key local customers, building long-term customer relationships;
  • to attract new partners and establish new partnerships, maintaining customer database and using extensive CRM tools for customer management;
  • overall customer base management: receiving orders, base maintenance, and payment control;
  • generation of a local sales strategy as an integral part of the company's policy, maintaining positive relationships with customers in an ongoing dialogue manner;
  • complaint and risk management: activity risk assessment of each customer, minimization of risks related to the collection of receivables, workflow management;
  • to monitor the preparation of all required documents by customers and ensure their submission to the accounting department in a timely fashion and in the approved form, control and analytics of contractual terms and conditions;
  • development and implementation of agreed promotional events (i.e. trainings, "master classes", coaching etc.);
  • submission of weekly work progress reports to the Head of Sales. 

Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales;
  • representable, communicative, goal-oriented personality;
  • knowledge of business etiquette rules;
  • fluency in English and in at least one of Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish);
  • persuasiveness, while being courteous and polite;
  • advanced negotiating skills, proficiency in using key sales techniques and methods, good analytic skills;
  • experience in public speaking in the form of presentations and reports;
  • good computer literacy;
  • driving license (category B).

 

Beneficial skills

  • previous experience working in sports industry;
  • experience in working with branch and regional divisions engaged in active sales;
  • previous engagement in communication with company's top management.
