Logistics and Purchasing assistant

- Processing order data in Vitral’s Baan system, confirming orders.
- Following up on purchase orders.
- Production planning.
- Assisting in seeking out new suppliers.
- Co-ordination with transportation companies.
- Miscellaneous analyses for the local and the Danish management.

The ideal candidate has the following working experience:
- Relevant planning, purchasing and logistics experience.
- Experience from a production company, preferably both of standard products and customized products.
- Experience with the following systems will be an advances (Navision, Baan, Oracle, SAP, Movex or similar). (VITRAL currently uses Baan.)

Personal competencies of the ideal candidate:

- A relevant university background (transport or logistical).
- Thorough and conscientious.
- Action orientated.
- An ability both to “see the big picture” and to “dig into the details”.
- A good IT understanding.
- English on working level (able to speak and read/write).
