Job Description

In this position You are going to track orders and fulfil customer needs by providing them information about the delivery. We receive calls from Great Britain, Ireland, Sweden and the Netherlands, therefore all the customers are advised in English. We will welcome You with a training course where You will learn how to effectively solve problems and identify client's needs.

Requirements

- Have excellent English skills (C1 level)
- Have great computer skills
- Be able to adapt quickly
- Have an enthusiastic attitude!

Work hours:
The department is open from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m to 10 p.m., so we can offer flexible working hours and work full time or part-time. (From 30 hours a week to 40 hours per week). In case of success, we hope that you will be able to join the training, lasting the first 2 weeks from Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm. The first day of training - the first working day because the salary is paid (during the training period the minimum salary in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania will be paid)

Salary:
Calculated at an hourly rate consisting of a stable base and a performance-based bonuses. After tax salary can be from € 599 to € 849 full-time.
