MAITRE D'HOTEL - DEUTSCHSPRACHIG SAISON 2020

- Verantwortlich für den gesamten Service an Bord inkl. Bar und Restaurant
- Hohes Bewusstsein für einen serviceorientierten, professionellen Gästebetreuung
- Verantwortlich für alle Servicestandards inkl. Implementierung und Training
- Verantwortlich für Kostenkontrolle, Bestellungen, Lagerbestände
- Hauptverantwortung für die Einhaltung aller HACCP-Anforderungen
- Aktive Präsenz bei allen offiziellen Veranstaltungen.

- Professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und / oder Deutsch
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Fachausbildung für F & B
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Gründliche Kenntnis aller F & B-Bereiche.
