Manager of maintenance department

The Manager of maintenance department will need to provide technical leadership for maintenance team by leading and facilitating equipment maintenance operations in accordance to efficiency and safety.  In this role they will be ensuring manufacturing and production processes’ compliance standards regarding internal and external safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

• Equipment maintenance, further development and improving the current results.  
• Coach and manage work activities.
• Full management accountability for engineers’ and technicians’ team’s performance and development.
• Leading engineering projects that require analysis and evaluation of various factors and insight of current business trends.
• Improve current processes and implement new ones.
• Determine how to use resources in order to meet schedules and goals.

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Management experience in Equipment Maintenance.
• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) knowledge.
• Advanced English skills.
• Excellent leadership skills, having influence and high level of responsibility.
• Analytical, precise, data driven person.
• Active, dynamic, result oriented.
• Initiative and curious person.
