Establish Lithuanian subsidiary of Kentek and further manage it on daily basis.
To develop sales strategy: sales process, possible clients, amounts to be selled.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients: factories, resellers and also end-users.
To be very active in selling our products: all kind of filters for heavy-duty machines (trucks, buses, trains, agriculture and forestry tractors, excavators, loaders, ships etc) and very important is industry side (hydraulic and air-oil filters).
Requirements
Experience and knowledge in management
University education (technical)
Good computer skills
Very important to gave good language skills: Lithuanian, English, Russian
Active, honest, hard-working and ready to learn
Willing to work in independent style and travel
