To develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts across different markets to achieve corporate objectives;
To ensure development and performance of annual marketing plans including product strategy, positioning, pricing strategy and marketing programs;
To seek and allocate necessary resources;
To develop short-term and long-term product strategy and lead PLC management process;
To be responsible for delivery on revenue and marketing spend targets. Monitor implementation, ensure delivery on budget, if necessary develop and implement corrective action plan;
To monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities;
To identify and work on opportunities for marketing development;
To manage the target setting, performance management, employment and training of the staff;
To manage relationships with external marketing agencies and consultants to create and execute relevant market research programs.
Requirements
Sales or marketing qualification;
Master degree in pharmacy or medicine preferable;
Overall 5 years of experience in pharma sector and marketing;
Team leadership experience;
Advanced English language skills;
Excellent analytical, planning skills;
Good interpersonal skills for effective working relationships with colleagues and cooperation partners in different countries;
Presentation skills and experience presenting to large audiences;
Excellent computer skills and experience working with databases.
